Scope
These terms cover your use of the fablerie.com website and the pre-launch waitlist. The Fablerie application itself, once released, will be governed by a separate end-user agreement.
Pre-launch status
Fablerie is in active development. Anything you see on this site describes work in progress and may change without notice. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set.
Intellectual property
All text, artwork, logos, and code on this site are © Fablerie, except where explicitly credited otherwise. You may share links to public pages freely. You may not copy or redistribute the site’s content without written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit fraudulent waitlist entries, scrape content at scale, or use the contact address for spam. We may remove waitlist entries that appear automated or abusive.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We make no warranties about availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of forward-looking statements about the product.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fablerie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law (e.g., for fraud or personal injury).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Milan, unless a mandatory consumer-protection rule provides otherwise.
