Who we are
Fablerie is operated by Angelo Di Marzio (the “data controller”). You can reach us at contact@fablerie.com.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That is the only personal data we process on this site. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.
Why we collect it
Your email is used solely to notify you when early access to Fablerie opens, and to answer any message you send us. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Where it is stored
Waitlist submissions are handled by our form provider Formspark AB (Sweden), and mirrored to our contact inbox. Both providers are located in the EU/EEA, so your data does not leave the EEA.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until Fablerie launches publicly, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. Correspondence you send us is retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email contact@fablerie.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify waitlist subscribers before the new terms take effect.
