Who we are
Fablerie is the data controller for information collected through this site. You can reach us at contact@fablerie.com. If you need a formal legal contact (for example, to send a subject-rights request by post), email us and we will reply with a postal address.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. That is the only personal data we process on this site. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies.
Why we collect it
Your email is used solely to notify you when early access to Fablerie opens, and to answer any message you send us. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who processes it
The site and waitlist API are hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare processes visitor requests (IP address, browser metadata, timestamp) to deliver the page and route your waitlist submission. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Waitlist submissions themselves are stored by Formspark AB in Sweden (EU/EEA).
How long we keep it
We keep your email until Fablerie launches publicly, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. Correspondence you send us is retained for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete the data we hold about you. Because we process your email on the basis of consent, you can also withdraw that consent at any time — we will stop processing from that point. Exercising any of these rights is free.
Email contact@fablerie.com; we will respond within one month of receiving your request, extendable by two further months for complex requests (we will notify you if we need the extension). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify waitlist subscribers before the new terms take effect.
